what is going on?
Things have been changing
yet summer have been dragging the project for ever.
All 6 buildings are partially covered:
B, C 5th level, and E buildings covered with concrete flat terraces
B 4th level, D and A bldg and extensions covered by zing roof ,
A building covered with tile roof
F building is partially covered by concrete and slates.

Floors are basicaly done
final requests are slow to be fullfilled
The project pilote, the guy that is in charge of chaining events is powerless
Sending orders, warnings, doen't get things done faster
negociating, promises are not beeing fullfilled.
Public projects are generally being held up by private companies.
Their only principle: ask for a high price, not even for a better job
today our architecture firm has emmited reserves on about 20% of the jobs completed.
The client knows he is going toward a juridical settlement.
We- project building director - do our best to get things done with quality
fast and unexpensive as we are being offered
some contractors respect it , others don't...
Three contractors are in charge of the facades.
They are serious.and ready to get things done right.
They know their company image will increase when the result is of quality.
We work well together, plans and schedule have been drawned out

these are construction site problems.
I have a kind of pleasure when a sketch is needed
there is little time for conception

I have become the manager of a 25 Million Euro project.
