Encore un petit effort...

Summer break - time to clear every tension out
Contractors are not motivated
Chief staff (me, the pilote and the engineer)are motivating the troops
a plan of battle is set to boost the project
we should start the last lap on a good foot

On the other hand, 3 different lawsuits are beeing initiated by the client
the first one is regarding the fire insurrance - one has to pay the repair
the second and third one is regarding the structure contractor
it seems the fire proof paint coat is not thick enough
if it happens to be true, the project will stall for a few months...

We don't want to alarm active contarctors yet
but soon we will be force to face the dilemna:
continue with the risk to demolish new work
or stop and wait for a thourought diagnostic by the controler...
