Finally they are out of site :

The main contractors is done - 8 months later - 2.5 MEuro above the initial market plan
And they want more...for a poor result.

We still have on site a difficult contractor to work with : the wood and zinc façade builder.
Half of his work is not satisfying - wrong positionning of the façade structure ,wrong design, poor air and water sealing technique, 32 weeks off the initial schedule.

I want them out!!! The client can't take that chance, it takes 5 months to finalize a public bid...
So I have to deal with them... sob
