Estimated to be 30M Euro project - 45% completed
Estimated 5M Euro over the initial budget
Estimated to be a 30 months construction - 11 months over the initial schedule.
We are starting our 95th week of construction.
Metallic structures and concret work is 95% completed

Out of water phase is 70% completed
Out of air phase is 40% completed
Electrical, pluming, air/heat network is 70% completed

Actual problems: our zinc and wood contractor is 6 months late - he doesn't seem to be aware of the price of the penality (about 20% of its contract)
We are bound to french laws for public construction- it takes more than 5 months to remove a contractor, open a new bid, and sign a new market (excluding study time) (see picture)

One brand new facade is up (see picture) -
