Maudétour, its castle, the Final exam, a fresh new start

Le domaine de Maudétour-en-Vexin pourrait devenir une maison de retraite médicalisée.
Michel et ses associés ont choisis, sur la base de mon projet de diplome, de contacter des investisseurs européens pour construire l'aile manquante du corps des logis (18ème siècle,période Régence.) De nouvelles bâtiments seront implantés côté jardin 16ème, soit 1600 m² de surface restaurée avec les normes nécessaires pour recevoir du public et toute l'infrastruture.

10 months later :

The castle has been sold...the saling argument has been the images of the diploma - who ever bought it must have liked it... its time for me to be convincing and get the job to finish the restauration and convince the new owner to build the missing wing.
The kids loved the castle, playing knights in the different rooms of the owners quarter, I should go this spring and have a BBQ with the family and Michel.
